Its site says it was founded out of a bond with the land and a belief in Israeli farming, works with Israeli growers who pick fruit and vegetables for it every morning, and sells only Israeli-made goods: fruit, vegetables, quality cheeses, local olive oil, spices and wines. Its online shop lists cheeses from the Gal and Ivri dairies, among them goat's gouda, burrata, camembert and mozzarella, alongside seasonal produce such as Baladi figs, pomegranates and sweet corn. Orders from the site have a 150-shekel minimum and can be delivered or collected from the shop.
