118 Ahavat Israel Street, by the market car park, Beit She'an

A kosher chef's burger bar on Ahavat Israel Street, by the market car park, run by its chef and owner, Liav Avitan.

Panda Burger is the burger bar of Liav Avitan, its chef and owner. By his account he cooked in restaurants in the centre of the country, came home to Beit She'an when the pandemic came, and opened Panda Burger there after testing his recipe on friends. The beef comes from cuts from the north, and the burgers, from 100 to 400 grams, are cooked on the plancha; the signature meals are named for countries, such as Panda in Argentina with smoked asado and chimichurri and a spicy Panda in Mexico with merguez. At lunch it serves a business menu with a mixed grill, chicken skewers and asado sandwiches, and there are children's meals, a vegan tofu burger and a gluten-free bun. Its site calls the burgers kosher.
