Dabouki's booking page says it is a Binyamina wine bar born of a love of excellent wine, very good food, people and local enterprise. Its wine list runs from Israeli wines, among them a white named Dabouki made by Nanel, to natural Austrian wines, Chablis, Sancerre, a German Riesling and a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, many of them poured by the glass. The food is small plates: sourdough baguette with whipped butter, cloud labneh with dukkah, spinach with stracciatella, oxheart tomato with za'atar, sardines with hot pepper, and a board of cheeses from HaMahlava HaKtana. It opens at 19:00 from Monday to Thursday and at 19:30 on Saturday night, and is closed on Friday and Sunday.
