Hummus Yossef serves hot Galilean hummus, as its Wolt page puts it, at 31 HaAsif Street in Binyamina's industrial area. The plates come with two pittas and pickles: plain hummus, with tahini, ful or whole chickpeas, a half-and-half with mashawsha, which the menu calls the Galilean version of msabbha, Yossef's complete with ful, mashawsha, almonds, egg and tahini, mushrooms, shakshuka or chicken shawarma. Beside the hummus are meat-filled bulgur kubbeh, Musa's original flourless falafel, salads named Liraz and Erez, and vegan courgette patties and a mansaf of rice and mushrooms.
