The Jewish Restaurant has cooked in Bnei Brak since 2002, gathering, in its own words, the best traditional dishes of many places, cities and countries under one roof. Every Friday and on the eves of festivals it opens its Shabbat market: gefilte fish beside chraime, more than ten fish dishes, over thirty kinds of chicken, meat and smoked meats, soups, kreplach, salads and sides, with wine, challot and cakes for the Shabbat table, and it takes orders ahead online; the market also opens Sunday to Wednesday without ordering ahead. On weekdays it serves business lunches at midday and, in the evening, a menu built with the house chef, and on Thursday evening it adds a menu of dishes ahead of Shabbat. Its site sends pickups for the market to 4 Kinneret Street, opposite the same BSR tower. It also caters at home, in halls and for synagogue kiddushes, for events of up to two thousand guests, and hosts events in a VIP room.
