Melody is a cocktail bar at Drorim Mall in Bnei Dror, run by the Avidan Group, which also runs bars such as Safari Sun, Harmony and Signature. The council's tourism site says the Avidan brothers opened it with Chen and Nadav Katz, also brothers, and describes a spacious room with a colourful oriental design. Its cocktails were created for the place, among them the Daisy, of vodka, Aperol, orange and passion fruit syrup, and the Butterfly, of vodka, lemon, pineapple and butterfly pea. The kitchen sends out dishes such as tuna tartare on bruschetta, polenta chips with basil and Dijon aioli, and beef carpaccio. It opens every day at 18:00 and closes at 02:00.
