HaPitriya, the Mushroom, is the pub of Kibbutz Dan, and its menu calls it the island of madness of the north. The Upper Galilee Regional Council's page on Dan names it as a successful regional pub that draws the area's young people. The kitchen serves bar snacks, a halloumi sandwich and 200-gram burgers with chips, with a gluten-free bun on request, and home-made cookies served warm with ice cream. Behind the bar are six beers on draught, among them Guinness, Weihenstephan and Estrella, bottled beers and ciders, wines from Israel and France, chasers, and house cocktails named after singers, such as Billie Jean, gin and passion fruit, which the menu calls the pub's old favourite. Its menu also has a section for upcoming shows.
