Marinado's Ein Gev branch, opposite the entrance to the kibbutz, is a butcher's counter, a restaurant and a deli in one, and it is where the chain runs its restaurant. Its site tells how Roi Tavor and Itamar Kandelik, settlers from Moshav Kanaf in the southern Golan, started a sheep and calf farm in 2003 and began selling its meat straight to customers, through branches from Ein Gev to Ramat HaSharon and Tel Aviv and through a home-delivery site; a vineyard at Tel Fares later added a series of wines, alongside sauces, spices and olive oil. In 2022 the business was bought by the De Levi family, farmers who raise sheep and cattle. The restaurant takes table bookings through Tabit, and the shop and butcher's counter open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 until the last diners leave.

Its restaurant page lists 12:00 to 20:00 (Thursday and Friday 12:00 to 21:00), with the kitchen closing at 21:00 (Thursday 20:00, Friday 22:00) and the restaurant at 22:00 (Thursday and Friday 23:00); the hours here run to the restaurant's closing. It is closed on Sundays, except in August, when it also opens 12:00 to 22:00, and at weekends it may pause seating new diners between 17:15 and 18:00. Its branches page lists the same hours without Monday, and says the shop and butcher's counter open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 until the last diners leave.
