Reshta is a chef's restaurant in the village of Ein Rafa, about 10 km west of Jerusalem, looking out over green fields and the Jerusalem hills. Its name is a traditional dish of lentils and noodles that chef Ranam Barhum grew up on, and his menu changes with what the fields around the restaurant produce. The menu runs from fattoush, karas pastries and kubbeh siniyeh to shish barak, musakhan from the taboon, mansaf and lamb cooked overnight. It takes groups and events, holds Bukharan cooking workshops with a guest chef, and opens Monday to Thursday from 11:00, Friday from 14:00 until midnight and Saturday from 11:00 to 20:00.
