The Simner family of moshav Ein Vered have kept bees and made honey for more than 50 years. The farm brings in honey from its own hives in the Sharon, on the Golan Heights and on Mount Hermon, and sells wildflower, eucalyptus, citrus blossom, Golan, organic and avocado blossom honey, all of it natural and Israeli; the council's tourism site adds that it is not heated and has nothing added. Besides honey it offers crop pollination, sells bees and hive equipment, and runs beekeeping courses and lectures. Honey ordered by phone is ready two days later in the honey cupboard at the farm, and its site also takes orders for delivery.
