Sarina Chocolate is a family business on the family's farm in Ein Vered, run by Limor and Gil and named after Limor's mother, the council's tourism site says. Limor Drucker manages it and leads the workshops; she trained as a chocolatier with European chocolate makers while the family lived in Frankfurt, and the company was founded in 2010. Under one roof are a kitchen making handmade pralines, a shop selling its chocolate and other makers' products, a film on chocolate and the factory's story, a greenhouse of cacao trees and a small hall for groups. Visits and workshops are by arrangement, for children, adults, families, schools and companies; children's holiday workshops run two hours, make four chocolate pieces and cost 120 shekels a child.
