Ayanot Sapir has three suites in the heart of Moshav Even Sapir, between terraces of vines and a wide view of the Jerusalem hills, each with a private view balcony and a spa jacuzzi and a mix of rustic wood and stone with modern fittings. Outside there is a built barbecue and a heated pool ringed by cypresses, with seating and sun loungers facing the green view; the barbecue is not used on Shabbat. Its site puts the centre of Jerusalem 16 minutes' drive away, Ein Kerem nine, and the Ein Sapir spring five minutes' walk. It offers packages for birthdays, anniversaries and brides and grooms, with boutique cheeses and wine from Jerusalem hills wineries, as well as small company events and couples' days.
