Sapphire is a boutique holiday and events compound beside Ein Kerem and Moshav Even Sapir, among pines and cypresses and within walking distance of the spring trails, a short drive from the centre of Jerusalem. It has two villas, a rural compound with spacious guest rooms and a large hosting area and a renovated VIP compound, with a yard open to the green view, a spacious living room and a large table. Guests can book full or half board, with strictly kosher breakfasts and dinners to order, and the kitchen is set up for meat and dairy and for Shabbat.
