Moshav Ganei Tal, on the road from Hafetz Haim to Bnei Re'em, Ganei Tal

A moringa farm on the land of moshav Ganei Tal with an air-conditioned visitors' centre, a moringa maze and a shop selling the powder, tea leaves, oil and cosmetics made from its own trees

Moringa Forests is the farm of Hana and Moti Sander, who write on its site that they have farmed since 1978, beginning in Gush Katif, and now grow moringa trees on the land of moshav Ganei Tal, by the road from Hafetz Haim to Bnei Re'em. The leaves are dried on tables in a shaded greenhouse rather than in ovens and ground into a powder of nothing but moringa, the seeds are cold pressed for oil, and the farm has a line of 17 cosmetics made from the plant. Visitors can walk among the trees, find their way through the moringa maze and buy at the farm's shop. The visitors' centre hosts groups of up to 60 for a tour, a talk, tastings and a cup of moringa tea at 55 to 65 shekels a person, and the site also lists a coffee cart, an evening food truck, horse riding and a wood workshop for group days.
