Miyo is a kosher Asian restaurant and sushi bar at 7 Herzl Street. Its site says it was set up to bring Gedera and the towns around it an Asian kitchen with touches of Israeli flavours, and that before it opened nobody counted Gedera among the places for good sushi. The menu runs from starters such as ceviche puri and gyoza through wok dishes, pad thai and Vietnamese pho to special rolls, build-your-own sushi, a children's list and parve desserts, with the vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes marked. It is open from 11:00 to 02:00 on Sunday to Thursday, until 16:00 on Friday and again on Saturday night, takes table bookings and runs its own ordering for delivery and takeaway.
