YAMA is a pair of twin villas on a private, walled plot of five dunams on the shore of Kibbutz Ginosar, hidden among palms and banana trees, with a path down to the beach and windows that frame Mount Arbel and the water. Each villa has 220 m² and four double bedrooms for up to eight guests, a full kitchen and a heated private pool; the northern one adds an outdoor jacuzzi and the southern one an outdoor kitchen with a grill. Its site offers a private chef, massages and water sports on the lake to order, and describes the compound as made for families, groups of friends and company retreats rather than couples. There is a landing pad for guests who arrive by helicopter.

Four double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom: a master suite opening onto the pool with a view of the lake, two twin suites with a garden porch and a smaller double room. A full kitchen open to the living room, a dining table for eight, a heated private pool of 90 m² that can be fenced for children, and a heated outdoor jacuzzi for eight.
South villa

The same four double bedrooms, kitchen and heated private pool, with an outdoor kitchen and grill in place of the jacuzzi.
The villas are let whole, never by the room, and not to couples; the whole compound sleeps 16. Its site gives prices from 8,000 shekels a night per villa midweek from November to March, 12,000 in April and May and 15,000 from June to October and at festivals, with a two-night minimum at weekends and festivals. Staff look after the guests and clean throughout the stay.
