Hummus Meddamas serves what its Wolt page calls authentic Israeli hummus at 38 Menachem Begin Boulevard, in the Rogozin compound. Every hummus plate comes with cumin, paprika, lemon and garlic sauce, olive oil and parsley, two pittas, pickles and skhug, topped with warm chickpeas, ful, shakshuka, mushrooms, almonds or sabich, and the pitta can be white, wholewheat or gluten-free. There are falafel, sabich and shakshuka in pitta, market dishes such as vegetable couscous, majadra and vegetarian stuffed peppers, house salads by weight, and lunch deals of hummus with a soup or two sides and a drink. For Fridays it runs a deli of handmade dishes and salads without preservatives, from chraime and couscous to Yemenite breads. It is on the Giv'at Shmuel religious council's list of supervised businesses, and it takes orders on Wolt from Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 to 20:00, and on Friday until 16:00.
