Coffee Shop 51 began in 2016 as a café and micro-roastery at 51 Ahad Ha'am Street in Tel Aviv, and now roasts in a hangar of a former factory in Ramat Gan. Its café in Givatayim was new in March 2025, when Israel Hayom reported its opening and named coffee man Dotan Greenberg as the man behind it. The roastery roasts only light and medium, each batch from a single farm, and its site says the coffee can be sour, fruity or sweet but never bitter; the farmer is credited on every bag. At the café, Israel Hayom reported, there are single-origin arabica drinks and several brewing methods, beans by weight ground on the spot, coffee gear, and sandwiches, pastries and cakes.
