The Sirkin Street café of Tom's Coffee, a specialty roaster founded in Givatayim in 2022

Tom's Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster founded in Givatayim in 2022, with two cafés in the city, on Sheinkin Street and on Sirkin Street. Its site tells how Havi and Daniel, a young couple from Tel Aviv, took a corner in Givatayim with their dog and turned it into a small chain that roasts its own beans every week, more than 400 kg of coffee a month, all roasted in Israel. Both cafés serve the same menu: espresso drinks from 11 shekels, matcha drinks, fresh juices, a butter and cinnamon cinnabon, croissants, cookies, sandwiches on pretzel or rustic bread and cakes, with dairy, parve and vegan items marked. The Sirkin café opens from Sunday to Friday from 06:15 to 20:40, and on Saturday from 06:30.
