Uma Ni is the Hadera restaurant of the Uma group, which opened Uma Bar & Sushi in a listed building in Zichron Yaakov in 2016 and then Uma Young there. Its site says the owners grew up in Hadera and wanted for years to bring Uma to their city, and built Uma Ni big: a huge bar, a new menu and a striking design. It serves sushi, Asian dishes and cocktails, and the group also makes hosting trays of sushi, bao buns, gyoza, salads and stir-fries. It is kosher under the Hadera religious council, and tables are booked online through Tabit.
