A small kosher kitchen on Adnei Paz Street in Hadera, known for schnitzel in challah served every day of the week, with Tunisian baguettes and home cooking.

Mamouna is at 38 Adnei Paz Street in Hadera. Its site says it is named after Mamoun, the family's own mother, who still makes the salads that cook slowly on the gas: chirshi, matbucha, cabbage in mayonnaise and onion jam. Its signature dish is schnitzel in challah with matbucha, harissa, hummus, tahini and pickles, served all week rather than only on Friday, beside hot hummus, falafel, sabich, shakshuka, Tunisian baguettes and salads. It is open Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 to 19:00 and on Friday from 9:00 to 16:00, closed on Saturday, delivers to Hadera, Pardes Hanna, Or Akiva and Caesarea, and is kosher under the Hadera religious council.
