Chop Chop is built from two modern food trucks: one serves the meat and the other the bar, and its site sums up the idea as meat and alcohol together. Meats are prepared in its own smoker with woods and spice blends of its own, and served on frena bread baked in a stone oven or as aged cuts of 250 g for one, half a kilo for two or a kilo for a family. The menu also has hummus with asado, burgers, a smoked mixed-meat sandwich and platters from the smoker or the grill. Every Tuesday from 19:00 it holds a wine evening of Israeli and imported wines with small plates. It is open Monday to Thursday, and also caters events and sells ready-made food.
