Falafel HaButke HaKachol HaMekori is a family business in its third generation, and its site says it has stood in Hod HaSharon for more than 60 years. It began in the 1960s as a small stand by the roadside near the petrol station, and the falafel balls are still made to the grandparents' recipe in the same blue booth. The falafel is fried in front of customers, and the menu adds chips, a chopped salad, ten house salads and pickles, hummus and meals for friends and families. It delivers in Hod HaSharon and nearby and takes bookings for events.
