Republic is a brasserie that pairs classic brasserie cooking with creative dishes built on fresh, local produce, and its menu changes through the day. At lunch it serves a business menu of lighter dishes; in the evening the menu runs from a burger and schnitzel to seared red tuna and slow-cooked goose leg. A large bar in the middle of the room holds wines from Israel and abroad and cocktails, and the restaurant hosts events of up to 100 people inside or 70 on its covered terrace. It keeps a separate gluten-free menu. Its site quotes coverage from Mako, Ynet, Calcalist and Haaretz, among it Mako's list of the most talked-about restaurants of July 2017.
