Coffee Moon is a family café and restaurant on Maramiya Street in Isfiya, owned by Muna, who cooks its Druze and Italian dishes. By its own story she opened it after nine years as a cook in an old people's home and in restaurants, in memory of her late mother, who called her "Moon" as a pet name. The story names her mother's aubergine dish as the flagship, and Muna's specials open with an aubergine boat stuffed with kebab balls in spicy tomato sauce, beside Druze kubbeh, breakfasts, salads, sandwiches, Thai stir-fries, pasta and steaks. On Saturdays it adds a menu of vine leaves, stuffed cabbage, mujaddara and manzaleh.
