Teva HaOchel is a vegan restaurant on Weizmann Street in the middle of Kfar Saba. Its site says it opened in 2010 as a homely hummus place and over time added vegan dishes cooked on the spot, fresh and without preservatives. The menu has hummus plates, mushroom and soy shawarma, schnitzels of wheat and pea protein, curries, couscous and pad thai, with gluten-free dishes and meat substitutes, and diners can sit in its garden. It also delivers, brings orders out to the car and offers pickup.
