M25 grew out of the Meatmarket butchery, which its site says has sold fresh Israeli beef and lamb in the meat lane of Tel Aviv's Carmel Market since 2013: the restaurant opened 25 metres from it in 2015, and a branch on Brodetzki Street followed in 2017. Its site says chefs Yaron Kestenbaum and Yehonatan Borowitz built its cooking on simple food and the whole of the animal, nose to tail. The Kfar Saba branch, at 207 Weizmann Street in the G compound, serves arayes, minute steak with bone-marrow vinaigrette, ox heart and tongue grilled over coals, burgers and kebab, and a counter of cuts and skewers sold by weight for the grill. It is open every day from 12:00 to 22:00 and takes table bookings.
