The Kiryat Bialik branch of Dudu Outmezgine is a patisserie and café at 24 Weizmann Street. Dudu Outmezgine is an Israeli pastry chef who, by the chain's own account, began his studies at the Tadmor school in Herzliya and went on to study in Paris, Hungary, France and Belgium, and in 1998 opened the first patisserie under his name in neighbouring Kiryat Motzkin; the chain's branches page now lists more than twenty. Its site sells macarons, cream puffs, strip cakes such as a cremeschnitte, a Japanese cheesecake and a tiramisu, kranz yeast cakes, cookies and pralines. The branch offers same-day delivery and pickup within two hours of an order, and is open from Sunday to Thursday, 07:30 to 20:00, and on Friday from 08:00 to 15:00.
