Milka is a café and bar on the second floor of the Kiryon mall in Kiryat Bialik, and its site splits it in two: Milka Café for morning, noon and evening, and Milka Bar, which it calls the secret bar of the Kiryon. The café's kitchen starts the day with breakfasts, among them a Mediterranean shakshuka, a French toast and a breakfast for two, and at noon moves on to salads, pizzas, handmade pasta, schnitzel and a burger; some dishes are marked as available vegan, and some mix meat and dairy. The bar, behind what the site describes as a hidden door on the same floor, pours draught beer and hosts a DJ on a night it calls Black Monday and every weekend. The café is open on Friday until midnight and on Saturday from 18:00, and the bar opens at 20:00 or 20:30 every night but Sunday. Ynet's 2017 guide to the Krayot noted that it had been in the Kiryon since 2007.
