Atnachta is the coffee cart Tamar Davidovitch, who lives in Kiryat Tiv'on, set up on grass and under shade trees at 2 Weizmann Street, with a view of Mount Carmel. She came across coffee carts in nature reserves while living in Melbourne, serves in reusable cups and dishes, and buys most of what she sells from neighbours in Tiv'on. The menu runs to coffee, salads, nachos, buckwheat muffins, brownies and truffles, a Manchego sandwich on sourdough, a vegan sandwich and gluten-free beer, and the cart also serves alcohol. An old locomotive beside the cart is there for children to climb, local artists set up stalls on Fridays, and Atnachta's own site sells the wines from its wine evenings and the cheeses used in its sandwiches, with delivery around Tiv'on.
