Ahuzat HaShahar, also called Klil HaShahar, is a compound of stone houses built of old local stone in Klil, the ecological village of the Western Galilee, surrounded by natural woodland and fruit orchards, with windows that look out to the sea on one side and over Wadi Yehiam on the other. By its terms, its large stone house was the first house built in Klil. Each house has two bedrooms, a living room, a dining corner, a fireplace for winter, an equipped kitchen and wide balconies, the compound runs on solar power, and in summer a pool overlooking the wadi is shared by the houses until 20:00. Guests can rent one house or the whole compound, which also hosts small, quiet events, team days and workshops, and pets may stay outside the houses by arrangement.
