Grill Bar is a meat restaurant that began in Jerusalem in 2004 and today has two branches, one in the centre of Jerusalem and this one at 5 Harel Boulevard in Mevaseret Zion; its site says a third is to open in Kiryat Ata. The meal opens with a large spread of fresh salads made on the premises and pitas from the taboon, and the menu goes on to skewers and steaks grilled over coals, fish, home-style stews such as kubbeh soup, and side dishes. A business lunch is served from 12:00 to 16:30, except in August. The Mevaseret branch also hosts private events, in spaces the site lists for 50 to 150 guests. By its site the kitchen is kosher mehadrin and the branch is closed at the weekend.
