Merci Goodies was founded in 2005 by Ariela Mercy, who learned to bake from her grandmother's recipe book, and everything is made by hand in small batches with fresh eggs, real butter and chosen nuts. Its flagship is a range of healthy cookies with nuts and dried fruit, including vegan ones sweetened with date syrup and others with no added sugar. Beside them are butter cookies rolled by hand, oil-based cakes filled with fresh fruit, sprouted superfood mixes of seeds and granola, and a line of more than forty flourless cookies for Passover. It sells from its factory shop, open Sunday to Thursday, and delivers.
