Alaya Poleg is a community village of culture, wellness and hospitality: a hotel on seven dunams of lawns and open space, two minutes' walk from Poleg beach, with a vegetarian and vegan kitchen and no television in the rooms. At weekends it holds Kabbalat Shabbat in white, sound journeys, yoga, breathwork and ice baths, and each day ends around the bonfire.

A cocktail bar where each drink starts from a choice of three paths (movement, relaxation or connection) and is mixed from plants and spices to match. Some nights add a live show, and Tuesdays a board-game evening.

A dance night that starts outdoors facing the sunset and moves to the inner dance floor after dark, with live music or sound journeys, the sauna, the bonfire and pizza from the taboon. Tickets and rooms are limited.

- Kabbalat Shabbat, then a sound journey
A musical Kabbalat Shabbat, dressed in white, and at 21:00 a sound journey: you lie down while live music is played around you. No experience is needed.
- Saturday morning
- Yoga, breath and ice
A yoga class, a vegetarian and vegan breakfast, then a breathing workshop and an ice bath, led by instructors trained in the Wim Hof method. The rest of the morning is for the sauna, the paddling pools and the paths of the Poleg nature reserve.

Three days and two nights of activities, workshops, music and time together for parents and children, with free time in between. At Rosh Hashanah and Sukkot it becomes a small, happy village with a holiday feeling.
The weekend programme is included for guests who sleep at the hotel, from check-in to check-out, and is not sold on its own. The sound journeys, the BPM nights and the shows also sell tickets.

The grounds, the paddling pools, the sauna and the outdoor showers, espresso without limit, Wi-Fi, and breakfast from 08:30 to 11:00. Good for remote work, rest, reading, meeting friends or simply a quiet day.

Breakfast, a breathing workshop, an ice bath and the sauna, and the grounds afterwards when no private event is booked.

Treatments with natural oils and butters. Hotel guests pay 380 ₪ for 50 minutes instead of 420 ₪. On Friday and Saturday, by phone only.

Pilates, yoga, strength, dance and breathwork classes by monthly membership. Its motto: “I came to train, and stayed for everything else.”

Rooms
The rooms at Alaya are sweet and simple. They are not big. Clean, comfortable and just enough for what you need: to sleep well at night and wake up fresh. We don't pretend to be a five-star hotel. At Alaya, the real experience is the people, the encounters and the content.
Classic Upper

On the upper floor of the two central wings: twin beds, a single sofa and a private shower and toilet.
Classic Garden
On the ground floor: twin beds, a single sofa and a private shower, and a balcony with seats that opens onto the garden.
Superior
19 m² · 8 rooms
A sofa, storage shelves, a private bath and toilet and a minibar, with a door straight out to the garden.
Studio
18 m² · 10 rooms
Twin beds, storage shelves and a private bath and toilet. They face the beach, share a patio and sit apart from the rest of the hotel.
Family Standard
Sleeps up to 4
Twin beds, a sofa bed, storage shelves and a private shower and toilet.
Family Junior Suite
30 m² · 4 rooms
Two double beds, a sofa bed, storage shelves, a minibar and a private shower and toilet, all on the ground floor. Two have a connecting door.
No room has a television, kettle or fridge; coffee is free in the lobby and the dining room, and cold drinks are sold in its shop.

A weekend stay checks in on Thursday at 15:00 and out on Saturday at 13:00. A later check-out costs 200 ₪ when the room is free.
- Meals: Breakfast on weekdays; breakfast and dinner at weekendsBreakfast is 08:30-11:00 Sunday to Thursday and 09:30-11:00 on Friday and Saturday. Lunch costs extra: 11:00-14:30, and on Saturday at the café until 17:00. Friday dinner is 19:00-21:00. Gluten-free food can be ordered in advance.
- Pool: No poolPoleg beach is 2 minutes' walk away. A declared bathing beach, down a paved path you can push a pram along.
- Families: The Superior, the Classic Family and all the Junior rooms take more than a couple and a child (plus a baby). Family retreats run in the holidays and the summer.

- Cancellation: Free up to 7 days before arrival; after that 50% of the booking, and a no-show pays in full. In July, August, the holidays and at special events the free window is 14 days.
