Furman's is a chain of wood-fired pizza bars founded in 2019 by Aviad and Avivit Furman, a brother and sister from Kiryat Yam, its site says, and its Netanya restaurant stands on Sironit Beach, at 10-16 Gad Machnes Street. The pizzas are baked in a wood-fired oven made in Naples to the chain's own design, from a dough left to rise for 48 hours to a recipe Aviad developed; the sauces and toppings are made on the spot every day, and the cheeses come from Israeli dairies. Beside personal and family pizzas such as the fresca, the Tunisian with harissa and the Balkan, the menu has starters, salads, pastas and desserts. The chain lists five restaurants, at Tel Aviv port, in Netanya, Hadera and Zichron Yaakov and at Neve Sha'anan in Haifa, and the Netanya one opens at 08:00 from Sunday to Friday.
