HaGabaniya is a family boutique dairy in moshav Nitzanei Oz. Its owner, Ilana Mitzri, tells on its site that she decided at 50 to follow her heart, and her daughters have since joined her; the council's tourism site says she runs it with her three daughters. The milk comes from the family's own cowshed, and everything is made by hand on the farm from cow's milk without preservatives: ripened and hard cheeses, yogurts, fresh cheeses and deli products. The factory shop at 64 HaPrahim Street sells about 15 of the farm's products along with picnic extras such as cheese platters, baskets and wine from Ramat HaNegev, a short detour from Route 6, and orders through its site are delivered across the country within seven working days.
