This is the Or Akiva factory shop of Agami Bakery (Nehama), at 3 Rothschild Street. The bakery lists two more shops of its own: the Or Yam shop at 2 Pardes Rimonim Street and one in Pardes Hanna. Its site says the bakery was founded in Yokne'am in 1958 and moved in time to the Caesarea industrial park, and that it combines traditional recipes with new ones. The range covers breads and speciality breads, among them whole spelt, nine-grain and low-carbohydrate loaves, as well as challahs, rolls, pitas, bagels and doughnuts, and its bread is also sold in supermarket chains. The bakery is certified to the ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 quality and food-safety standards.
