Natalie Cakes is a cake maker with a factory shop at 5 HaHadas Street in Or Akiva. Its site says Yasha Binyamini founded the company in 1998 to bring to Israel the taste of Russia's cakes with European touches, and that he started out on a third floor in Binyamina with his wife, a pastry chef. The catalogue has a dairy line and a parve line: mousse cakes, round tortes, English cakes, pies, quiches, macarons, zefir, personal desserts, cookies by weight and birthday cakes to order, with sugar-free trays among them. In 2014 the group bought the Ben Ami patisserie, which it presents as its premium line and whose own site lists a branch at the same address; the group now has three plants, Ben Ami, Natalie Cakes and Gal Cakes. Its cakes are also sold in supermarket chains and delicatessens.
