The Petah Tikva branch of a Tripolitan home-cooking restaurant founded in Pardes Katz in 1966, on Jabotinsky Street.
Its site tells the story: grandfather Bechor opened a small workers' restaurant in Pardes Katz in 1966, his daughter Shoshi joined him, and in 2015 Shoshi opened this Petah Tikva branch with her children Hai and Natali. The kitchen cooks Tripolitan home dishes served with old-style bread, msayer (the house pickles) and chirshi, the Tripolitan pumpkin salad, and its couscous is made by hand. It is a daytime place: Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 to 16:00 and Friday from 8:00 to noon.
