A Yemeni restaurant, bakery, confectionery and caterer in Ra'anana's industrial zone, at work for more than 30 years, with a food fair every Friday and holiday eve.
HaTemaniya cooks traditional Yemeni food beside Mediterranean dishes: soups of chicken, beef, beef foot and beans served with pitta, salouf, lahoh or fenugreek, then meats, fish, sides, salads and desserts. Its bakers come in at 04:00 every Friday to bake more than 6,000 pittas and pastries, and on Fridays and holiday eves the restaurant holds a food fair of meats, fish, kubaneh, jachnun, sabaya, zalabia, Yemeni pittas and cakes. Its founder, Pinchas Gimani, has worked in catering and events for more than 30 years; the company caters events across the country, runs the Ugah VeUgah confectionery, Glidani ice cream and the Paka Moo butcher's, and hosts events of up to 80 at the restaurant. It is open from 10:00 to 16:00 on weekdays and from 07:00 to 14:00 on Friday.
