71 Ahuza Street, corner of Kazan Street, Ra'anana

A brasserie on Ahuza Street at the corner of Kazan Street, open since 2015, whose menu puts meat aged on the premises at its centre.

Its site says Kazan opened in 2015 to meet a growing demand for careful kosher cooking in the Sharon, with a menu that draws on several kitchens and puts the weight on fine meat aged on the premises. The room was designed by the architect Dan Troim. It opens in the evening, from 17:00 on weekdays by its booking page, closes on Friday and opens again at 21:00 on Saturday night, and its site says it is kosher under the supervision of the Ra'anana rabbinate. It hosts private and business events of up to 150 guests, with a designed private room for smaller ones. Its site lists Queen Lu and Cafe Brener as sister restaurants, and Delikazan on HaShuk Street comes from the same house.
