81 Sokolov Street, Ramat HaSharon

A coffee bar and specialty coffee shop on Sokolov Street, under the name of coffee expert Ilan Shenhav

Hotam HaKafe is a European-style coffee bar and specialty coffee shop at 81 Sokolov Street. Its site carries the name of Ilan Shenhav, a coffee expert who, it says, founded Israel's first coffee school and the Israeli coffee association, once set up a chain of cafés under his own name and has represented Israel at world coffee competitions. The bar serves coffee drinks with pastries, cakes and sandwiches, and the shop sells fresh beans, single origins and blends, fair-trade coffee among them, with brewing gear for the home, and ships coffee across the country. It also runs coffee workshops for private groups and organisations. It opens at 07:00 from Sunday to Friday and closes at 21:30 on weekdays and at 15:00 on Friday.
