A café-bakery in the College of Management's student residences in western Rishon LeZion, opened in 2025 by Yafit Ragones, with the cakes and pastries she bakes, brunch all day, and pizza and fresh pasta from lunchtime

Cafe Belina is a café-bakery at street level in a corner building of the College of Management's student residences on Yitzhak Rabin Boulevard, in the west of Rishon LeZion. Yafit Ragones, an accountant who held senior posts in real estate, opened it in March 2025 with her husband Alik, after leaving that career and selling her cakes and pastries from home and at yard sales, as mynet and mako tell it. It is named after her grandmother Belina, after whom she is named herself. The room is in blue, wood and stone, with a large deck at the entrance where the tables face the street and a counter that shows the cakes and cookies she bakes each day; mako called the display case the heart of the place. It serves croissants and other pastries, her loaf cakes, brunch all day, toasts on chestnut bread, sandwiches and salads, and from lunchtime pizzas and fresh pasta. Walla's Yaniv Granot wrote in April 2025 that her cakes had become a hit with the students living upstairs and singled out the blueberry crust, blueberry bread with truffle butter, avocado and soft scrambled egg. Israel Hayom opened its five recommendations for the city with it in June 2025 and recommended the cheesecake and the almond cake, and mako named it among the best bakeries that opened in 2025. The mayor paid it a visit in December 2025. It opens at 7 in the morning, stays open until 22:00 from Sunday to Thursday and until 14:00 on Friday, and is closed on Saturday.

These are the hours Israel Hayom printed on 4 June 2025, and it is closed on Saturday; mynet in March 2025 and Channel 13 in April 2025 printed the same hours, and Rishon News wrote in December 2025 that its hours are posted on its Instagram. Wolt takes orders from it from 08:30 to 21:45 from Sunday to Thursday and from 08:20 to 13:30 on Friday, and none on Saturday; those are delivery hours. d.co.il gives Sunday to Thursday 07:30 to 19:30 and Friday 09:00 to 13:00.
