EATBAR is a kosher meat restaurant and bar in the Tal Center on Moshe Dayan Street. Its site says the owners opened it after a period in the United States, coming back to the town they love to cook Israeli and American street food classics with a chef's touch, from crispy schnitzel in challah to brisket cooked for ten hours. The burgers are made from fresh beef ground on site every day, and the ingredients arrive fresh every day. There are seats inside, outside and at the bar; it also caters business and private events and sells its products through an online barbecue shop. It opens from 11:30 Sunday to Thursday and again on Saturday night, and on Mondays it pours bottomless wine.
