Merkaz Yami Caesarea has hosted guests since 1969 at Kibbutz Sdot Yam, on the Caesarea shoreline, in 70 simple, roomy rooms about 50 m from the sea. It takes families and couples and also sports teams, workshops, retreats and schools, sleeping up to 180, with a 1,000 m² basketball hall, a 400 m² martial arts and workshop hall, a CrossFit room, classrooms and a hall for about 120 with a balcony over the sea. The Tzedef dining room and its Rozmarin terrace serve kosher meals on half board, and in summer a beach kiosk with deckchairs on a wooden deck opens about 20 m from the rooms. Its sea sports centre runs sailing, kayaks, SUP and rowing, and the kibbutz next door has lawns, playgrounds, the Caesarea antiquities museum and the Hannah Szenes house.
