Yehuda Winery is a family boutique winery founded in 1998 at the entrance to Moshav Shoresh in the Judean Hills, among its vines, by vintner and winemaker Avi Yehuda. Its courtyard opens over the weekend: a wine bar from 19:00 on Thursdays with music and lights in the yard, a midday wine bar on Fridays from 11:00 to 14:00, and wine with cheese and snack platters on Saturdays from 12:00. The kitchen's menu changes with the seasons and is handmade, with warm pastries, boutique cheeses from the Be'eri dairy, farm vegetables, fresh dips and summer desserts made for sharing. On Friday mornings Avi Yehuda leads a 90-minute workshop on growing vines and making wine, ending in a guided tasting, for those who register and pay ahead.
