A family-run café and restaurant in the Jaffa flea market, with breakfasts, an Italian and Mediterranean menu, shows and private events

Caffe Yaffo is a family-run café and restaurant at 11 Olei Zion Street, in the heart of the Jaffa flea market, which its site calls a kosher restaurant. Its site says a daughter of the family runs the kitchen while her father makes sure every guest has a seat, and calls the place an Italian bistro with a Mediterranean menu: fresh pasta and thin pizza, chraime, shakshuka, brioche, fish, quiches and salads. Breakfast is served every morning until 12:00, and on Friday morning there is a buffet. It hosts groups and private events of up to 120 people, with a private room that has a stage and a sound system, puts on shows and social evenings with Israeli artists, and runs guided walking tours of Jaffa.
