Coffeelab is an artisan coffee roastery at 108 Har Zion Boulevard. Its coffee is roasted on site every week in measured batches, keeping to set recipes and steady roast profiles, and it sells house blends alongside single-origin coffees from known farms, which go through quality checks and tastings every day. Its site says it was founded by Dolev Goldberg, who started out as a barista and fell in love with the smells and tastes of coffee and its power to bring people together; he died of cancer in March 2019, and the roastery is one of the life works he left, a warm place for people who love coffee. It is open from 07:00 on weekdays and until 14:00 on Friday.
