A small-group training studio on HaArba'a Street near Sarona, with a strength room, a reformer Pilates room and a core and aerobic room

Boost Fitness Center is a training studio at 18A HaArba'a Street in Tel Aviv, and its site names two more Boost studios in the city, on Pinsker Street and on Weizmann Street, both given over to reformer Pilates. The HaArba'a studio is divided into three training spaces: a Power Room with the kind of equipment found in a gym, used in small groups for strength, muscle and conditioning work; a Reformer Room for reformer Pilates, in a slow classical Flow class and a faster Burn class; and a Core and Aerobic room for varied workouts. Its site says it builds each member a training plan that mixes its sixteen kinds of small-group classes around four elements, strength, aerobic, core and balanced eating, and that a nutritionist at the HaArba'a studio builds members a menu to match their training. Members also get its online training app.
