Alberto was built in a listed building in the Rothschild quarter of Tel Aviv, at the corner of Nahalat Binyamin and Ahad Ha'am streets, and belongs to the Isrotel Design group. Its page says the compound facing the hotel turns in the evening into a busy pedestrian street with no traffic, with dozens of places to eat and go out. The rooms run from a compact Urban room of 10 square metres to doubles, rooms with a balcony or a small inner yard, a studio with a large yard and a jacuzzi, and the Alberto suite of 31 square metres. On the roof are a pool and a bar that look over the middle of the city; they work in the bathing season. The hotel also has an Aspri spa with body and beauty treatments, a gym open around the clock on the floor below ground, and a meeting room for up to 10 people.
